So today I announced that after a decade plus of managing and ownership I am flinging myself back into the deep end of the real estate pool (or I have gone off the deep end - jury is still out).

Sink, swim or tread water, I am going to write about things that I think are important, things that as a Broker irritated me to no end, and that as an Agent will, I am sure continue to frustrate the hell out of me; other Agents, Sellers, Buyers, Lawyers, the Government.  I want to educate, illuminate and maybe even irritate you when you read this.  I will try to be respectful most of the time, but I will, I think, step on toes as well.

Shamelessly, I hope that I can fool a few of you every month that I am smarter than the average bear and you let me help you sell your home or buy one, or if I am really lucky maybe even both!
